This is an 1894 hardcover leather edition of The Poetical Works of Henry Wadsworth Longfellow household edition with Illustrations. This book has 496 pages with gold on the page ends. It was published by The Riverside Press Houghton, Mifflin and Company. The spine is solid; the front cover is totally removed but included. The book is brown with gold lettering. There are illustrations after page 26; after page 82; after page 102; after page 144; after page 166; after page 210; after page 246; after page 282; after page 314; after page 352; and after page 426. The back inside cover is extravagantly decorated with gold etching and securely attached; for a book from 1894 it is in good condition.
